I remember Nancy when she first came to Our Lady of Angels in the 7th
grade, I believe. We were friends and I even visited her home. She had several younger sisters and brothers and had to spend quite a bit of time watching them. She was a very kind and friendly person. -- (Rosemary Bieker, Friend)
I must say that if it weren't for the heroic firefighters and others, I would not be here. I am the daughter of Patrick Finnigan, brother of Nancy. Patrick survived and lived on to have four daughter and one son (Nancy, Mary, Kathleen, Patrick and Amy). I have this same photo of my Aunt Nancy hanging in my foyer. Although I was not there the stories of that day have been passed on and will continue to be passed on. -- (Kathleen Finnigan, Niece)
