Memories of Philip
Philip was my first cousin we shared many fun times together, we went to a cubs game together and the weekend before the fire enjoyed Thanksgiving and a movie at the Alamo show. While I did not attend OLA, the events of that day remain in my mind and I often think about my cousin and the others who died and suffered.

I just knew Phil at school. His desk was across the aisle from mine .. another short guy .. I sat at the front of the window row. Mom took me to his wake at Lupo's on Chicago Ave. What I still remember for some reason are the arms of his glasses, they were chrome or something like that. I went out the window and seem to remember him at the window as I let go. He didn't make it ... wonder why I did.
