Memories of Joseph
Joey, I'm so happy to see this photo of you. You were such a nice looking boy, and a very nice person. I valued our friendship. I still remember our classroom photo of 1956, you were sitting right up front, next to me in that photo. But I lost that photo, and I was very sad when I lost you. Rest in Peace my little Angel friend.
    -- (Joyce Peneschi, Friend)
Joseph, I only knew you for a short time, yet your smile and jolly personality lit up the room. I shared a split room with you in 1957, you were in the fourth grade, I was in the fifth. Rest in peace. If you happen to see my little sister Joanie, tell her I love and miss her so. You are not forgotten. A friend from afar.
    -- (Bob Chiappetta, Acquaintance)
I didn't know Joey, but was a friend of his loving sister Linda in college. Linda was my piano accompanist for my senior recital. His story moved me to write an instrumental guitar piece in his name.
