About me:	I first learned about the fire in the 1958 yearbook of an encyclopedia set my father had bought. I remember being very troubled about the few pictures of the fire and article in this yearbook. The whole tragedy made a very deep impression on me. The book To Sleep with the Angels and this site have helped to answer my many questions.
