On the 60th anniversary of the tragedy, in reading the names and memorials of the children who died, I noticed no one had posted about Roseanna. She is the same age as my granddaughter and the same grade. I cannot imagine the tremendous loss of the families in losing their children at this age. My granddaughter is a chatterbox, always asking questions and although it can be a little annoying, I couldn't bear my life without her. R.I.P beautiful angel, pray for me as I will do for you.

Rose was the older sister of Frank, Marie & Janet Ciochon (parents Rose & Frank). Rose's spirit was felt and seen by her younger sister, Marie, when Marie was a young girl (Marie was born many years after Rose, in 1961). Marie has a very strong resemblance to Rose. I was always fascinated by Marie's visions of her beloved sister. Rose is not forgotten. She is in our hearts.
